- Introduction to the Power BI ecosystem
- Understanding datasets, models, reports, and dashboards
- The data analysis workflow in Power BI
Module II: Connecting and Preparing Data
- Importing and connecting to multiple data sources (Excel, web, SQL, SharePoint, etc.)
- Data cleaning and shaping in Power Query Editor
- Removing duplicates, handling missing values, and unpivoting data
- Creating relationships between tables (data modeling)
Module III: Data Exploration and Descriptive Analysis
- Creating summary statistics and descriptive tables
- Filtering, grouping, and sorting data
- Exploring patterns using charts: bar, line, column, scatter, matrix
- Visualizing trends, comparisons, and distributions
Module IV: DAX and Analytical Calculations
- Introduction to DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

Participants will complete a capstone project where they:
- Load and clean a raw dataset

- Create measures using DAX

Methodology
